  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was having trouble printing to an Apple
  7.                LaserWriter from his PCs.  After helping him get everything
  8.                setup properly with PRINTDEF and PRINTCON, he was still
  9.                having problems printing using CAPTURE, but NPRINT worked
  10.                fine.  He had his printer hardware set to Diablo.

  12. SOLUTION:      We solved his problem by setting the printer back to
  13.                LaserWriter mode.  We also set handshaking to NOT Xon/Xoff.
